As a founding Director, Michael directs his energy into working closely with Designers, Clients and Project Managers to guarantee the quality and delivery of our product. Michael brings over 20 years of experience in construction to the business.

Qualifications:
• Certificate III Carpentry,
• Certificate IV Clerk of Works
• Licensed builder since 1995

Warwick Waugh

Director

As a founding Director, Warwick focuses his energy on Sales/Marketing, Strategic planning and systems development of the company. Warwick brings to the business 15 years of Sales and Marketing and Project Management experience from both the IT and Commercial Property industry.

Adrian Chan

Senior Commercial Manager

Adrian brings 25 years of construction management experience from a variety of commercial and industrial projects, ranging up to $65million with tier 1-2 construction companies. A highly regarded professional, Adrian increases Girvan Waugh’s capabilities to deliver a wide range of quality projects.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Applied Science (building) degree University of Technology, Sydney, 1990.
• Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) General Induction for Construction Work in NSW

Tracey Whitehurst

Financial & Office Manager

Joining Girvan Waugh in 2008, Tracey brings a solid background of 10years experience in various management roles, including Real Estate Agency Principle and Building Management. Tracey now focuses on the financial aspects, office management and systems improvement.

Qualifications:
• Certificate III in Finance and Office Administration, TAFE NSW

Aaron Bates

Project Manager

Aaron brings over 8 years of experience within commercial interior fit-out as a Project Manager, Estimator and Contracts Administrator to Girvan Waugh. Highly motivated and ambitious, Aaron uses his high level of skills and experience to manage multiple projects ensuring time, budget, quality, OHandS objectives are met on every job.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Building Construction Management (HONS), attained at University of NSW

 

Brodie Stewart

Project Manager

Brodie’s experience covers a wide range of areas within residential building, major extensions/additions, decking, pergolas and remedial work on large apartment buildings.
Now focusing on facility Project Management, Brodie is able to excel on-site and managing the projects to ensure Girvan Waugh meet targets and high standards set by the clients and us.

• Certificate lll Carpentry and Joinery TAFE NSW
• Certificate lV Building Studies, TAFE NSW

Kassandra Diffin

Administration/CA Assistant

Kassandra utilizes her broad range of office skills and reliability to assist within accounts, marketing and contracts administration ensuring continuous delivery of high standards expected by Girvan Waugh.

Qualifications:
• Certificate l in Information Technology (Bookkeeping Basics) CEC College

Jacki McGeechan

Human Resources

Jacki is the founding Director of Full Potential Coaching. She has enjoyed a successful corporate career in Human Resources and Leadership over the last 17 years. Jacki’s passion for people and enhancing the human element in a business has meant that stepping into coaching and training has been a very natural progression.
