Link Up International were seeking new premises to expand their operation to include training facilities as well as administration offices.
Challenges
Within the unusual floor layout the client required
the space to incorporate several offices, break out
areas, hot desks and meeting rooms, plus a training
facility that could be opened up to general use when
not being used as a training facility.
Access to the space was limited and working hours
were restricted.

Objectives were met.
A modern fresh fit-out with functionality and style
was achieved within a budget and time frame that
met the clients expectations.
