This project required a completed stripout of existing and full Fit-out to the Sylvania Waters McGrath Real Estate office.

The existing space and building required remedial works including water and structural damage.
Success factors
The project was completed on time and on budget. Base building issues were addressed during the project with no disruption to programme. Good communication with all stake holders meant minimal disruptions and a project completed to the clients expectations.
