This project was an upgrade of the existing 1960′s fitout,
internally and externally. Girvan Waugh were
engaged to help a scope of works that would
achieve the desired result within the budget parameters.
Challenges
The project was to be managed and completed during the school holidays. Once commenced additional works were requested that were to be completed within the original programmes time frame.
Success factors
The students returned to school in first term with the
classroom uninterrupted.
Value Added
The school had their own security and data trades.
Girvan Waugh integrated them seamlessly into the programme.
This resulted considerable cost savings and peace of mind for the client.
